Greetings:

Thank you for choosing to participate in our 10th Annual "A Gathering of Spirits Harvest Festival".
My name is Tammy and I am pleased to announce that I am this years event coordinator and that "Family of the Goddess" will be hosting the 2008 event with the support of many other groups and individuals throughout our Pagan community.

We would like to say a hearty welcome and merry meet to those of you that are participating for the first time and to those of you that have been with us since the very first event and others whom have joined us along the way, we are glad to have you back again.

This is a not-for-profit event.

This year we are proud to be continuing the festival with its original name and location, and honoring "Pagan Pride Day". Our main goals being: education, honoring spiritual diversity and "sharing the abundance of the harvest" by having both a food drive and a blood drive. The event will open with a blessing & prosperity ritual, and there will be a main harvest ritual each day, along with other rituals, presentations, entertainment and much, much more throughout the weekend, including several top Pagan authors!

There will be two presentation areas, one inside the large hall and the other outside under a canopy. We will have a main stage outside and will also be doing some of the performances in the large hall. There will also be a large ritual area marked off, and other space available for smaller rituals for those who wish to do them.

Excitement is rising about this years event, so hurry and get your applications in as soon as possible!
Vendor spaces are limited.

All completed applications, with booth & deposit fees enclosed, will be juried. This is to ensure we have a variety of products, services, presentations and entertainment. Approved applications will be assigned a booth space by earliest post marks and will be followed up with additional information and a final packet.

We can send you an application package by snail mail or you can click on the link below for all the application forms. Please read each form thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions. Be sure to fill out each form and sign where necessary and make copies for your personal records.
